Directions

For Children age 2 and up: Make it a part of your child's daily routine. Apply directly onto soles of feet, between shoulder blades or other desired areas focusing on the neck, shoulders and legs for overall calmness and relaxation. If you prefer, massage until completely absorbed. 1ml (6 sprays approximately) delivers a minimum of 150mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.

Safety Information

For topical use only, avoid contact with the eyes, and do not use on damaged or broken skin. Test on a small area to ensure tolerance. Recommended for kids 2 and up.
